Check in was very smooth. Room was very clean. Loved the natural taupe colors of our room. Not sure if the room was renovated, but its layout was well thought out. There were many up to date features, such as USB ports on both sides of the bed with modern draws. Bathroom was well configured. Hot breakfast with traditional items was a plus. Staff was very friendly and polite. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Only reason i chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub but upon check in i found out the hot tub was not working and i was also told by staff that the pool was heated but when i went in the pool the water was cold

Our stay was excellent the only downside was the beds were too high. My wife couldn't get in to the bed without my help. The other downside was the room was too dark it needs a chanelier in the middle too brighten the room when you are looking for stuff.

Rooms are very dark. Maid service is every other day. You need to remember to ask front desk for more coffee in the room. I’m not sure why they don’t double up on coffee if they replenish every other day. Breakfast is not very appetizing. Front desk is very nice!

The property was well maintained for the most part. We had a small issue with the TV remote not working and when we went to the desk (hoping to get new batteries) no one was there. Our first night the fire alarm went off, it was a false alarm, but it took probably 20 minutes for the fire company to come and turn it off
