Staff was great, from desk to cleaning, breakfast 3star, BIG PROBLEM we stayed 5 night and the SWIMMING POOL HEATER WAS BROKE. Us adults could not swim! 1 grandchild got in but was shivering. STAFF WAS AWARE. One of the reasons we book this particular hotel is, it had a pool and we was staying 5 days. I asked for a discount at the desk for the inconvenience. They were not able to help. I will be calling BonVoi, and Fairfield inn corporate.
