When we checked in as Hilton members we didn't receive complimentary water or cookies but the people behind us were blessed with nondiscriminatory service. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor so when you needed to use it, it was a balancing act. The pool area was warm and it was nice. The gym was clean and equipment was easy to figure out. Breakfast bar was delicious. Someone should rethink the 10 jars of fixings to go with the oatmeal. Too much cross contamination.

Stay was okay. My feedback is as follows: -There was noise coming from room temperature controller unit, making it difficult to sleep. -Breakfast was fine. Peanut butter may be added. -It was difficult to find parking late at night. Number of spots for physically handicap guests are very limited. My wife has trouble walking and had to walk because there was no parking nearby. -Need water bottle filling station in the hotel premises. Filling water bottle from water fountain is not convenient and water is wasted. -Need night lamp in the room for easy and safer access to bathroom especially during night when it is completely dark in the room. -Hotel Cancellation policy needs review and revision. Once reservation was made, I was unable to cancel even though booking was cancellable without any charges two days prior to the date of my stay. Needs investigation. -My credit card was fully charged on the day of reservation, that was unexpected. Needs explanation. Looking forward to your action and response.
