Chaotic breakfast design

Tiny room where the self-serve breakfast was set out, with people going both ways and clustering, with little room to move bc there was a line for omelets that hid or made tiny room hard to find. plates and silverware not in path---so really it's lack of direction causing chaos. Most of the seats were taken, with people in overflow room, but hard to be a single person trying to find a seat and not knowing if your tea or food would be there when you had to jump up to grab silverware.

First night bathroom looked like it was not cleaned, there were long strands of hair on the floor. The bathroom corners was not properly swept. Hiwever, housekeeping was sent in the morning to clean. On the 3rd day, we figured out why there were strands of hair, they used the same cleaner from someone else bathrokm to clean ours, so transfer of dirt from one room to the other. Aside of this, room was fine and breakfast was great.

Our stay was excellent, and the breakfast fine, but the food space was small and nothing was marked/identified. Property was lovely, but huge construction area adjoining it. It did not affect our stay, just not aesthetically pleasing coming in and out. The area in general is very pretty.
