The great room. A stone chimney runs the full two storeys, with a wood-burning fireplace and firewood provided. The sectional wraps the corner so the whole group faces the fire, and a wall of glass looks out to the trees and the deck.
Kitchen and dining. Rebuilt around quartz counters, on a herringbone floor. Range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus children's dinnerware and barbecue tools for the grill outside. The counter looks straight across the great room, so whoever is cooking is still in the conversation. A farmhouse table with benches down both sides seats twelve.
The game room. Downstairs, a pool table with a ping-pong top that lifts off, a sofa and TV, and a wet bar with its own sink, mini fridge and glassware. A second place to spend the evening, so nobody is fighting over the living room.

Bedroom 1: king
Bedroom 2: queen, crib available

Every bedroom has a wardrobe and room-darkening shades.

Heating and cooling. A mini-split heat pump in the main living area plus baseboard heat, with a thermostat in each room.
Outside. A deck with a barbecue grill and sun loungers. Hidden Valley's community pool is open in season.
In winter. Hidden Valley Resort's slopes are minutes away and Seven Springs is a short drive. Both are on the Epic Pass and run night skiing.
