Rude staff, musty room, no plug for bathtub, mold on tile, tv had line through it, terrible internet, iron was broke and we were told we were lucky to have an iron, holes in sheets and comforter, some of plugs did not work and plates were broken. Wanted to leave but had already prepaid for it.

The property was under renovation or at least the lobby was. I would have been nice to know before we booked. The window in the room was so dirty you almost couldn't see out. The AC unit was so noisy it was hard to sleep. I would not stay there again!

There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast.

Everything was dusty and dirty. The booking offered free continental breakfast - there was no breakfast. The booking offered a workout room and pool. There were neither. When I checked in with my daughter there was no toilet paper in our room. The front desk refused to give us more than one roll of toilet paper and told us we would have to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Housekeeping never came to our room during our entire stay. And the side doors to the building were broken and left open all night and day. The pictures do match the property - do not stay here.
