Front desk staff were almost rude. Question about parking options (lot was full) was met with repeated script of “out front and on the side” which we just said was full. Response was “c’est la vie”. Renovations underway. One elevator working which was always packed with other guests. Didn’t expect to pay regular rate and have such struggle with basics.

We checked in at 4 pm and walked into what felt like a chaotic nightclub. Music was blasting and people lingered everywhere. The desk reception was disorganized and employees grouped together. It looked like maybe there were a couple of conferences and reunions going on. It was difficult to hear the receptionist. She gave us our key and announced we’d be on the second floor. She mentioned the restaurant would be open soon. People were at the bar and again, the music was deafening. We went up to our floor and there were pretzels crushed everywhere in the elevator with snacks dumped on the floor all over. Several girls in soccer uniforms were running up and down the hall screaming. I went back downstairs to buy ear plugs. I asked the same reception if we had paid for breakfast and she said we could get a complimentary breakfast (we actually had already paid for breakfast). She told me check out time was at 11 am (I think it’s noon). There is no coffee or tea maker in the room. A group of 15 girls were sitting outside our room making noise, then went into the stairwell and room next door and were yelling. I went back downstairs for dinner and heard the construction which explained the loud music. Service in the restaurant was excellent. I am highly disappointed we are staying here. My daughter has an exam early tomorrow morning and I am concerned about the volume of the other guests. Unfortunately the price paid is absolutely not reflective of the service and quality of the hote

Fantastic! Great location, the kids had a blast in the pool, the grown ups loved the exercise room. It was comfortable and met our needs as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly

Only disappointing thing was to pay for parking. There is a large lot at the building with ample parking and for the price of the room, parking should have been included.
