Beautiful, private house with large pool & garden.

Large, comfortable and relaxing farmhouse with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool set in 2 1/2 acres. The house was built in the 1700's, renovated in 2000 and refitted in 2024 retaining original features. On the edge of a small and peaceful village in beautiful countryside.

A large covered terrace overlooks the 12 x 6m pool and to the rear of the house is a seating area which catches the evening sunsets. Table tennis, boules and badminton in the garden, walking from the front gate into the surrounding wooded hills.

The wonderful kitchen diner has all modcons and there's a large utility room. The lounge has a large TV, DVD's and many games for indoor days. High speed internet is provided and the house is fully equipped for modern living. With newly installed radiators, two logburners and oak double glazing the house is warm if spending time there during the cooler months.

Great markets, restaurants and French charm all around. 20 minutes from Marciac with its' world famous Jazz festival and next door to the Madiran wine region. 30 minutes to Lourdes and 1 hour to the Pyrenees for stunning countryside and skiing.
The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
