Together, our two spacious and open-concept one-bedroom apartments—each with an area of approximately 35 m²—make up the top floor of our two-family home. <br><br>With a total area of approximately 70 m², the space offers everything you need for a stay with 4 to 8 people. Here, you can spend time with your travel companions as you wish, but you can also enjoy some time on your own.<br><br>Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a fridge-freezer, as well as a large sofa and a 43" Smart TV. <br><br>To pass the time, you can enjoy not only the Smart TV but also our collection of board games. <br><br>For sleeping arrangements, you can choose between two double beds (1.8 x 2.0 meters) and two sofa beds (1.6 x 2.2 meters) (one bed and one sofa bed per apartment).<br><br>On sunny days, our front yard is the perfect spot to relax and have a barbecue. A charcoal grill is available for this purpose.
