The beach, Konoba Pasarela, the harbor bar, and a mini-market are all within walking distance; two e-bikes are available for shopping in the main town of Grohote, 2 km away. To pick up some bread rolls at the bakery across the street, there are 2 stand-up paddleboards or a small rowboat available.
Sightseeing and shopping in Split are stress-free via the ferry; the ferry terminal is about a 15-minute walk away, and the high-speed ferry takes you to the port of Split—and right into the heart of the city—in 30 minutes.
The property is in a quiet, slightly elevated location, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, with a stunning view across the Split Canal to the Ciovo Peninsula.

The main house features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a small single room. In the annex, accessible via a few steps, there are two more separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and private terrace.
All rooms have their own air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen and living area leave nothing to be desired, and the spacious covered outdoor seating area with a portable grill invites you to feast and relax together.

Rogac is located right in the center of Šolta, so Maslinica—with its elegant marina and many restaurants at the northwestern end—and the quaint village of Stomorska—with its many konobas and fishing boats at the southeastern end—are each just a 15-minute drive away.

For an additional fee, a private taxi boat can be arranged to take you directly from the harbor at the airport to your private dock at the house—about a 30-minute ride and a wonderful start to your vacation.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 must be paid in cash.
