The hotel was very peaceful, though within easy reach of a tram stop to either Soller or the port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!

Really nice stay, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Stayed in superior room and it was really spacious, with premium furniture, great bathroom, terrace etc. Breakfast was especially good but we had dinner there one night and that was also excellent. On nights they do not offer dinner, you can use their shuttle to go to Soller or Port de Soller. They have a tram stop by the hotel so it’s also easy to get the tram back (say it’s Can N’a stop and charge will be 5 euros rather than usual 10 for complete journey). The atmosphere is similar to a retreat, beautiful countryside, not many people around, excellent, friendly staff. Also lovely pool, luxury sun beds, bar etc. Totally recommend.

The suite we were allocated was was huge with its own private area set above the room. The welcome from Bruno when we arrived was amazing and he gave us all the information we needed. The hotel itself is set in huge grounds that are all kept really natural. The hotel is very relaxed and you can literally do nothing all day. A short stroll through the grounds leads you to the hotels own tram stop which you can catch the tram to both the port and to the town for half price. Both are also walkable in 20 mins or so. We are already looking to book a return visit but this time for longer.
