Camp de Son Llempaies is a very well-maintained property with a typical Mallorcan appearance, featuring a stone facade. It is located at the entrance to the Port of Sóller. The interior is decorated in a blend of traditional and modern styles, with classic furniture but new and renovated bathrooms. This rural house has a spacious garden surrounded by a large pine forest, orange groves, lemon trees, and palm trees. The saltwater pool features a large sun deck and lounge chairs. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 floors, and 320 square meters of living space, accommodating 12 people. <br>The beach is located 700 meters away, where you’ll find the best restaurants; the grocery store is 600 meters away. <br><br>Additional information:<br>- Professional ping-pong table.<br>- Golf 15 km away.<br>- Upon request at the time of booking, we provide 2 cribs and 2 high chairs at no additional cost.<br>- Upon request, we offer catering and housekeeping services for an additional fee, subject to availability.<br>Expenses: - Electricity charges apply starting at 70€ for 7 nights (the first 70€ are included in the booking price). Eight of us enjoyed our week long stay - Francisca and Antoine could not have been more welcoming. The villa was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed fresh oranges and lemons from the garden each day. Perfectly positioned between Soller and Port de Soller, easy walking distance but a tram stop just outside the villa gates. The pool offered a refreshing end to days out - plenty of sunbeds and in a secluded spot of the garden. Would thoroughly recommend!

The location is brilliant - between Soller and Port de Soller - with the tram stop literally outside the front gate. You can also walk to the Port in 10 minutes. The walking routes which are breathtaking start behind the house. The house is charming and the garden is beautiful with the orange and lemon trees and the view of the mountains. We loved the Pool too.

Beautiful finca surrounded by mountains and citrus orchard. Amazing host!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The finca is beautiful, very charming. Built in the mid 1800’s and perfectly maintained, lots of history and character. Conveniently located between Sóller and Port de Sóller. We were welcomed with fresh water, chilled wine, and platter of fresh fruits, which was helpful after a long trip with kids. The owner is welcoming, friendly, also very helpful. She made sure that we were comfortable and happy. We stayed 3 weeks, every week we received perfectly laundered sheets and towels. The house was spotless! Gardener every week. The property is filled with orange and lemon trees. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated. Spacious and well stocked kitchen, very helpful with small children. Nice family room which was very convenient to keep eyes on the kids while preparing meals. Walls are thick, so bedrooms are super quiet and each one has an AC unit. Internet was great throughout the house. Outside kitchen and family room there is an outdoor area where we had all our meals when at home, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the fragrance of orange blossoms. Salt water pool, many lounge chairs and a shady area to nap. Laundry room and service area with two beds and full bathroom. Another bathroom is conveniently located to use while in the pool area or kitchen. For us was a great stay, kids loved it, we were all very sad to go, as it felt like home. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the beauty of Sóller. Thank you Paquita!

Everything was really good, clean and communication good too. Antonio, the host was really helpful and we enjoyed his artwork around the house. The walk to the port is about 20 mins and bit longer to the village however the tram stop is just outside and it’s good to know it’s 5 each as the villa is half way between the port and the village (10 port to village)…there is also a lovely restaurant heading towards the village and is walkable along with the Agromart supermarket.The only thing we didn’t realise was that a cash deposit of 500 was required on check in along with the tourism tax.All in all a great week was had by all
