The house is very comfortable, with hot water from a propane tank year-round, powerful heating in every room, and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, HD TV, very comfortable mattresses, and bedding and towels—everything is spotless because cleanliness is our top priority.<br>It features a 13-square-meter kitchen-dining area with everything you need for cooking and dining, including a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, etc.; a living room with two three-seater sofas; 3 spacious bedrooms with a closet, mirror, chair, and wall-mounted coat hook; a large terrace/solarium with a garden hose, table, lounge chairs, and a pergola; a comfortable table for working remotely; blinds and mosquito screens in every room of the house; and, what we believe is most important, peace and quiet.<br>Solana del Pino is an authentic rural village located in the heart of the Alcudia Valley and Sierra Madrona Natural Park, surrounded by the Sierra Morena and Sierra Madrona mountain ranges, with spectacular landscapes of incredible natural beauty; a beautiful setting where you can enjoy hiking trails for all skill levels; cycling and motorcycling routes through areas of great scenic value; relaxing walks immersed in fresh air between the Sierra Madrona and Sierra Morena; cave paintings of incalculable historical value at Peñón Amarillo and Collado del Águila; the Robledillo River and its Roman bridge, whose unique beauty changes with each season thanks to its rich and beautiful vegetation; a municipal swimming pool with crystal-clear water that meets all health and safety standards, nestled in an enchanting landscape in the heart of the Sierra de Madrona; a renowned Starlight Observatory with one of the best night skies in Spain; unique sunsets of incredible beauty; high-quality, reasonably priced traditional La Mancha and Spanish cuisine at the Solana del Pino restaurant; a supermarket with everything you could need; a butcher shop offering locally sourced game meat and a wide selection of artisanal cured meats also made from big-game meat.<br><br>Our lodging is located on a very quiet street where you can rest peacefully, just a three-minute walk from the town square, Plaza de Sierra Morena.<br><br>Medical care is available in person 24 hours a day, with an ambulance stationed right outside the Health Center and a helipad to transport any serious cases to the nearest hospital.
