Positives: 1. Location (close to highway and Whole Foods - walkable to Solana Beach) 2. Full Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, toaster 3. Large Room with 2 bathrooms for families 4. Large heated Pool and hot tub 5. Price was reasonable Negatives: 1. Front desk person at check-in was super rude and acted like it was a hassle to help us. 2. Ants in room 3. Plumbing backed up on last day (maintenance team was super nice though) 4. Highway noise heard in rooms 5. Dated furniture Overall, a mixed experience. The property has a lot of potential given the size of the rooms and location. However, it is clear that it is a timeshare first and hotel second. Therefore, you don't feel the same level of customer service that you would get at a hotel. There wasn't always someone at the front desk and when there was, it was hit or miss if they were going to be friendly/helpful. With a family, I enjoyed the kitchen (albeit smaller appliances and sink) and the two rooms/two bathrooms. We also enjoyed the large, heated pool. If the negatives were addressed, this would be a great place to stay.

Love this hotel/resort! The location is amazing, the room/unit is large and very nice. The amenities are fantastic. And the staff are all very warm and helpful. It is very well maintained and had everything we could want.

Noah was very helpful. Amenities were very nice and clean. A few restaurants within walking distance. Room furniture needs updating. Housekeeping only came once on 11 night stay.

The room was very nicely appointed and kept, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating me even though I arrived before the check-in time. There was some traffic noise, but it was minor and only an issue during the day. I found the bed to be comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Winner's circle is definitely at the top of my list for my next visit to the area.

We were surprised at how spacious the room was. We booked a suite and it had 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen which included dishes, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, a compost bin, a recycling bin, dish soap...I could go on and on. Close to so many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I paid through Hotels.com, but when I checked in, they tried to double charge me but other than that, I love staying at Winners Circle. The hot tub is always hot and clean. The barbecue grills are great to have inconvenient.
