Sip coffee/wine from the balcony with ocean view to the west and all of Cedros Design District to the east. Downstairs patio with spa and BBQ. Home comes fully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay including full size washer/dryer, WIFI, YouTube TV, games and all the beach essentials. 2 large spaces in parking garage. Complex has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis and water feature throughout with koi fish and turtles. Walk to Del Mar Racetrack, Belly Up and Sound concert venues, Cedros Design Center, several high end restaurants and more including Solana beach train station that can take you downtown to the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, the famous zoo or north to all of Southern CA. Fantastic stay in a wonderfully updated condo on the beach. Every detail was thought of and the place was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. This was the perfect base for us for our San Diego vacation enabling a wonderful trip for our family. It felt like a brand new place inside with very comfortable beds, couches and common areas. The kitchen was completely appointed and had everything needed for meal preparation. The whole house Sonos system was really enjoyable and easy to use. The hot tub on the porch and the hot tub for the complex was comfortable and easy to access. The access to Solana Beach was easy and made for a lovely vacation. This is a top shelf property and one that we will be back to use again on our next trip. Thank you.
