Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, had everything we required. Wifi was not working due to wrong details, and clothes iron was missing, they were rectified on the same day. Kitchen was fully equipped, plates, pots, utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. Everything in good working order. Was close to the main reception area too.

Mooie Resort met veel animatie en elke avond show

We hadden een groot appartement met 3 slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken, 2 douches met wc en 2 balkons. Meubilair is een beetje gedateerd, maar acceptabel (dit is per appartement verschillend). Elke kamer heeft hun eigen airco. Er is op het terrein veel zwembaden. Bij het zwembad naast de receptie heb je ook glijbanen. Het weer is perfect. Lekker warm, maar absoluut niet benauwd. De animatie op het resort is goed (spellen en schuimparty rondom zwembad). Elke avond om 21:00 is er een show bij de theater. Het was elke avond bomvol. Wij hadden een leuke vakantie, de kinderen wilden zelfs nog langer blijven.

First we get the Swan 43, the house mels very very bad, the drain was broken, there was also no internet. Afther 2 days, many many mails we went to rhe Eagel 27, with internet and no smelling.

Slechte verblijf. Huis waar we in verbleven had heel veel mankementen waardoor er iedere keer iemand langs moest komen om het te repareren.

5 dagen geboekt eerst 3 dagen bezig geweest met de mankementen van het huis. Deur ging niet op slot dus konden we huis niet verlaten, toilet deed het niet, geen warm water, geen elektriciteit op de bovenste verdieping en geen internet. Via de Receptie wordt je NIET geholpen. Je moet iemand anders bereiken maar weet niet wie. 3 dagen lang moest iemand steeds terug komen voor de mankementen. We hebben niet genoten van onze vakantie helaas. Blijkt dat het huisje prive eigenaar heeft en niet bij het hotel zelf hoort. We voelden ons in de steek gelaten met al die mankementen omdat de receptie dus niet helpt. Wel jammer dat expedia dit niet vermeld tijdens het boeken. Want wij dachten dat we een hotel hadden geboekt. Totaal niet genoten van onze vakantie omdat er 3 dagen lang steeds iemand terug moest komen voor de mankementen van het huis.

Vollausgestattete Etagenwohnung mit eig. Terrasse

Insgesamt alles in allem in Ordnung gewesen - bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatten nur die Übernachtung gebucht. Schwimmbäder und Rutschen konnten wir auch benutzen. Handtücher gab es im Hotel. Contra: die Matratzen waren ungenügend, habe immer noch in meinen Hüften Schmerzen auf beiden Seiten :(

Hayal kırıklığı...

Yari otel yari kiralık ev konseptli bir yer. Bizim gibi daire kiralayarak gidiyorsanız kimse sizinle pek ilgilenmiyor açıkçası. 5 gün boyunca bir Wi-Fi şifresi alamadık. Odada yazan şifre doğru çıkmıyor, resepsiyon biz ilgilenmiyoruz diyor, kısaca internet falan kullanamadık. Otelin animasyon eğlenceleri vs var ama animatorler yabancı turistlere binbir saklabanligin yani sira sizin yüzünüze bile bakmıyor. Hic mi güzel yanı yok, var tabii genel olarak cevre temizligi fena sayılmaz, ama kaldigimiz evin balkonu karinca ve kus yuvasi artiklari ile doluydu. havuz imkânları da güzel sayilir, ama denize epey uzak, aracınız yoksa ve otelin denizine gideyim servisle derseniz günlük kisi basi 110tl. Ayrıca otelde her şey euro üzerinden fahiş fiyatlara satılıyor. Kısaca her şeyi yabancı turistler için organize edilmiş, yerli turistin pek kale alınmadığı bir yer.

Eksiklere dikkat...

2019 temmuz ayında yemeksiz sadece konaklama satın aldık.... Tatil boyunca sivrisinekler huzur vermedi... Hem yüzme havuzu hem aqua park havuzları çok pis ve hijyen açısından yetersizdi... Ben ve çocuklarım mikrop kaptık... Konakladığımız dubleks çok güzel ve kullanışlıydı... Ancak odalardaki yataklar ergonomik değildi geceleri uyku sorunu yaşadım... salondaki oturma gurubu ve altı temiz değildi... Duş başlıkları bozuktu ancak kısa sürede onarıldı... Otelin olduğu bölgr sakin ve huzurlu ...
