What could be more relaxing after a long day of sightseeing than to lounge in your very own, private sauna? This newly rennovated designer apartment has this unique feature, plus all the amenities you need for a cosy and memorable stay just steps away from the main attractions of the capital. A lot of our family live abroad and use it for their stays in Bulgaria, so it is maintained as a home would be.
The space
The apartment is on two levels, connected by a staircase. On the upper level you have a bedroom with a king-sized bed, large wardrobe and a desk perfect for business travelers. The kitchen, dininng and living room area is equipped with a pull-out couch that can sleep two additional guests. There is a toilet on the upper level and a bathroom with toilet on the lower level. The lower level is also where the sauna and relax zone are located, giving you a real spa feel in the center of the city. There you can also find a washer and dryer.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Location was easily accessible to/from city center sites by walking with public transit working well for all our other activities, including the airport. Host provided helpful information for checking in and was responsive to the one question we had after we arrived. We enjoyed the apartment.

Clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. Living room, small bedroom and fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you may need including cooking oil, salt, etc. Two bathrooms, a sauna (which we didn't use), and responsive hosts , nothing to complain about.Location is very practical: metro and tram stops a short walk away, central train station is 4 tram stops or 2 metro stops, with a line change, and the airport is 30 minutes by metro with no changes.The only downside is the neighborhood itself, which feels neglected, typical of much of central Sofia. Nothing really dangerous, just worth knowing.

Ottima esperienza. Siamo due amiche che hanno pernottato per due notti. L’appartamento è ampio e pulitissimo. Spazi comodi e zona tranquilla (silenziosa la notte) ma comunque vicina al centro ed hai mezzi pubblici. La sauna è stata bellissima, un plus davvero grafito. La comunicazione con l’host è stata eccellente così come la disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!!
