It is an excellent hotel. Worth the value very much and with very helpful and nice front desk staff Deni,Martin and also service staff. Room was comfortable and soundproof. Yes we are next to the trams and close to the train stations but no sound was heard. The breakfast was really good and with plenty of variety! I was expecting something average and my experience surpassed our expectations. Thank you!😊

Lovely helpful staff, good selection at breakfast, fridge in your room, hotel reception sells cans of beer at a reasonable price, room service every day, safe in the bedroom for valuables, two minutes walk to the metro station, I would stay here again.

Room was very nice, comfortable bed, staff where very polite and always helpful, Breakfast was very enjoyable and plenty of variety. There is a tram stop just outside the front door, railway station, metro and bus station a matter of minutes walk away from hotel. The area around the hotel is very rundown. There is a supermarket at the end of the railway station which has a large choice, including cooked chicken, sausages and even burgers. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre of sofia. All in all the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable and great value for money.

The hotel is wonderful, as are the front staff, with a special thanks to Plamen for his help. The area is a bit dodgy with rubbish, graffiti and closed buildings galore, but the hotel itself is handy to trams subway and trains.great breakfasts

The hotel is wonderful and the staff and breakfast are fab. The area is a bit dodgy with graffiti galore, drunks and an edgy vibe, however there has been no incident at all,just the feeling it might happen. It should not distract from the hotel's high points though.

Clean & comfortable - staff were exceptional

Close to all transport links, and only 2 metro stops from the city centre. The hotel was as expected - modern, clean & comfortable, but the best thing about it was the staff. Without exception, every member of staff we spoke to went out of their way to help and ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Awful. Walked into a bathroom with a condom in trash can. The hotel is extremely small and feels claustrophobic. Showered leaking, dirty toilet with poop. The floor smelled like smoke and we reserved a none smoking room.
