Very clean hotel and nice staff. The spa is good however, I would have preferred service there as using a phone to order is not great as don’t have a phone in the spa. Food was good and breakfast as well.

Excellent service, very good breakfast, beautiful surroundings.Short walk to Göta kanal, free parking, free pool. Very nice. Only really negative thing was the lack of cooling/ air conditioning. The fan we got helped only a bit. The bed was quite soft, perhaps even too soft.

Både rum och lokaler behöver en renovering. Badrummet känns gammalt, kran i handfat som håller på att gå sönder, kakel är helt men inte vackert. Rummet kan behöva ommålning och inredning känns gammal. Saknar en kyl på rummet. Hissen behöver snart bytas ut. Men övrigt var bra, frukost, restaurang, parkering

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell. Rent snyggt ,fin miljö. Bra frukost och Gratis parkering. Personalen vid vår incheck kunde kanske varit mer välkomnande, gav ingen ögonkontakt och gjorde bara precis sitt jobb, litet leende och lite glädje skadar ju inte.

En besvikelse, eftersom vi reser med hund fick vi bo i en närliggande byggnad. Sängen var bekväm men inredningen var mer likt ett äldreboende än ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Maten i hotellets restaurang var bra och vällagad. Vi kommer inte tillbaka.
