Typical rural house of the XIX century, renovated in 2006, located in the mountain in the valley of Soba (Cantabria) bordering the valley of Carranza (Basque Country).

The house is composed of 5 independent apartments (in total 7 rooms) that share a large living room on the ground floor with bathroom and outside barbecue and common garden area. It has capacity for 15 people.
