Two private condos side by side on the third floor of Allegheny Springs, each with its own gas fireplace, kitchen and balcony over the heated pool. Together: three bedrooms with two kings and a bunk room, three full baths and two queen sleeper sofas, sleeping fourteen. Two living rooms mean the group can gather or spread out. Ski-in/ski-out in Village Central, about 200 yards from the Ballhooter lift.



Two private condos next door to each other on the third floor, booked together for one group of up to fourteen. Grandparents or a couple take the one-bedroom, the rest of the party spreads out in the two-bedroom with its bunk room, and both balconies look down on the heated pool.



HOW THE TWO CONDOS WORK

Allegheny Springs 326 and 328-330 are two separate, fully equipped condos side by side. Each has its own front door, kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and balcony. There is no interior connecting door; you step into the hallway to move between them.



CONDO 326 (ONE BEDROOM)

- Bedroom: a king bed.

- Living room: a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace and a smart TV.

- Kitchen: full kitchen with island bar seating, refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker.

- Dining: a table for four.

- Bathroom: one full bath with a tub and shower.

- Balcony: private, over the heated pool.



CONDO 328-330 (TWO BEDROOMS)

- Bedroom: a king bed.

- Bunk room: two sets of bunk beds.

- Living room: a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace and a smart TV.

- Kitchen: full kitchen with refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker.

- Dining: a white dining table that seats the group.

- Bathrooms: two baths, one with a tiled walk-in shower and one with a tub and shower.

- Balcony: private, over the pool.



Both condos have central heat, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses.

SUPPLIED FOR YOUR STAY

- Bed linens for every bed, including the sleeper sofas in both condos, plus extra pillows and blankets

- Bath and kitchen towels, a hair dryer, and an iron and board

- Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, all in liquid form. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

- Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags

- Coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and basic spices



SKI-IN/SKI-OUT AND LIFTS

- The Ballhooter high-speed quad is about 200 yards from the building, between the Ballhooter and Grabhammer lifts, with ski-in/ski-out access from Allegheny Springs.

- Free ski lockers are on the ground floor and open with your amenity key. Skis, snowboards and bikes stay there, not in the condos.

- Lift tickets and rentals are not included. Tickets bought online at least 72 hours ahead are usually discounted.

- The Depot for tickets, Expedition Rentals and ski school check-in are a few minutes away on foot.



THE BUILDING

Allegheny Springs is the Village Central building with the pool. Shared amenities include:

- Heated outdoor pool (seasonal) and outdoor hot tubs

- Dry sauna and fitness center

- Outdoor gas fire pit behind the lobby

- Lobby with a stone fireplace, front desk and elevator

- Key-card entry and free ground-floor ski lockers

- Coin-operated laundry in the building (there is no washer or dryer in the condos)

- Blue Ridge Grille on site, with hours that vary by season

These facilities are operated by the resort and the building association and keep seasonal hours.



ARRIVAL, PARKING AND CHECK-IN

- Check-in is at 5 PM. Checkout is at 11 AM.

- Pick up your amenity key with a photo ID at the Allegheny Springs front desk in the lobby (in season, until about 11 PM) or at The Inn at Snowshoe at the base of the mountain, open 24 hours. It opens the building entry, pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and ski lockers.

- Each condo door has a keypad lock. Your door code arrives by email the day before arrival.

- Unload through the underground tunnel by the shuttle terminal, then park free in the general Village lot across the street, a 3 to 5 minute walk. Resort valet is available at Allegheny Springs for a nightly fee.

- There is no cell service near the resort. Download directions and offline maps before you leave home, then switch to the Wi-Fi when you arrive.

- Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended when it snows.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The condos are not connected inside, which gives each household its own quiet space at night.

- The bunk room suits kids and teens best.

- The sleeper sofas are most comfortable for children or a short stay.

- Both condos are on the third floor, reached by the building elevator.



THE VILLAGE AND THE MOUNTAIN

Allegheny Springs sits in Village Central, so the car can stay parked all week. A few minutes on foot bring you to Starbucks, Old Spruce Draft House, Junction Ale House, Foxfire Grille, Sunset Cantina, Cheat Mountain Pizza, Al Dente Ristorante, Waffle Cabin and Village Scoop, with Wildcat Grocery for supplies. The free resort shuttle stops along Snowshoe Drive and runs to Silver Creek and the Western Territory.

- Winter: skiing and riding across Snowshoe and Silver Creek, night skiing at Silver Creek, the tubing park, terrain parks, guided snowmobile tours, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

- Summer and fall: Snowshoe Bike Park, Shavers Lake, The Raven Golf Club, scenic lift rides, hiking and disc golf.

- Nearby: Cass Scenic Railroad, a historic logging railroad a scenic drive down the mountain.



THE MOUNTAIN, SEASON BY SEASON

Winter 2026-27: Snowshoe plans to open November 25, 2026 and run to March 21, 2027, weather permitting, with about 60 trails, 257 acres and 1,500 feet of vertical. Silver Creek adds night skiing until 9 PM from mid-December to early March, and Snowshoe is on the Ikon Pass. Off the slopes: the Coca-Cola Tubing Park, guided snowmobile tours, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Dates to know: Village Tree Lighting (Nov 28), Winter Brewfest (Dec 12), Christmas in the Village (Dec 24), New Year's Eve, Pride Weekend (Jan 8-10), Kids Ski Free Week (Mar 8-14) and the Spring Fling pond skim (Mar 20).

Summer: the Snowshoe Bike Park runs more than 40 trails over 1,500 feet of descent, the Raven Golf Club is an 18-hole Gary Player design, and the Ballhooter lift carries you up to Shavers Lake for paddleboards and canoes. The 4848 Festival brings live music to the mountain.

Snowshoe is a seasonal mountain resort. Many of its shops, restaurants, activities, lifts and shuttles operate only part of the year. Building amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness rooms, ski lockers and front-desk check-in locations are run by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building associations, not by LuxStayUSA, and may be closed for the season, for weather or for maintenance during your stay. We don't control their schedules, so please confirm current hours and availability directly with Snowshoe Mountain Resort before you book. Closures of these third-party facilities don't change your reservation terms.
