The hotel looks better on the website. Is more a motel, like a super 8. The rooms didn’t had Air Conditioning, so were hot. The pool was small and shared by devela hotels. Luckily not many people there. Breakfast was ok. If you are just passing by and staying for the night may be ok and affordable

The staff are helpful, rooms are clean but dated however the views are good. Breakfast is not worth talking about (it is the worst one I have seen as yet). This place is not friendly for a handicapped person, especially the parking so keep that in mind while booking.

The room was clean and inviting. The beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was pen and notepad. The only drawback is not one I see they can do anything about...the walls are a bit thin so if rooms nearby are occupied, you can hear some noise, like an alarm going off. It's not super intrusive, but not super quiet either if that's important to you.

If you go in the summer, just know there is no AC. Not a big deal though! Staff were super cool. Let us use the pool before check in, made everything really easy, very friendly all around. Cutest front desk dog. Would come back!

The rooms are clean, updated and well kept. The property is well maintained. The location is excellent and convenient to the airport, and it is walkable to the ski slopes and other restaurants and attractions in the area. There was a misunderstanding regarding our room when we checked in and the general manager, Dave contacted us in the morning and made it right. He handled the issue with professionalism and quickly turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking lodging in Snowmass. My only suggestion is to request a room with air conditioning if you require one as they are limited.
