This slope-side condo features an open floor plan with Colorado-inspired interiors. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Guests can enjoy bar seating at the end counter for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests, and the living area features a wood-burning fireplace and wall-to-wall windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will enjoy mountain views from the furnished outdoor balcony equipped with a gas grill.

This condo features three bedrooms with TVs and en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has private balcony access. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds - twin over full.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

The location was great. Ski access is one floor down and right onto slopes. Ski locker right where you need it. Beautiful views from the living room and Master bedroom. Vacasa service was good with helping with shuttle service to baggage assistance. Daily maid service. Couple of minor dings: despite elevator, you still have to climb three flights of stairs every time you come and go; also, furniture is a bit dated. However, everything was neat and clean.

Perfect location for ski on ski off at Assay Hill (beginners slope) or Elk Camp Gondola. The condo was clean and well sized for two families. Pool and hot tub were perfect for Apres ski relaxation.

Cozy Condo in Snowmass

A perfect location!!! Super cozy, was very clean, easy check in with Casey at the front desk. We never even made it to any restaurants as it was great to cook and grill at the condo. It was great watching all the people outside hiking with their dogs. Everyone was friendly. Loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking!!!

Good ski in ski out

This ski in ski out property is a few hundred yards above Viceroy, an excellent location. The staff st the front desk are great. The only improvements I would seek are: repair the steam shower so that it works, repair the phones in the bedrooms, and buy some measuring cups for cooking.
