Located in Electric Pass Lodge, one of the newer residences in Snowmass Base Village, this luxe 3-bedroom penthouse sleeps 10 and puts you right at the foot of Snowmass Resort. Ski directly in and out from the private ski and boot locker room, then walk to restaurants, shopping, and activities throughout the Village.

Inside, the penthouse features Scandinavian-inspired design with stylish, sophisticated interiors that still feel cozy and inviting. The great room, kitchen, and dining areas provide plenty of space for families and friends to relax together after a day outside.

Completed in 2023, Electric Pass Lodge was thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. The ultra-efficient building is powered 100% by renewable electricity. With so much right outside your door, it's easy to enjoy Snowmass without spending your vacation in the car.

In winter, enjoy world-class skiing, ice skating, and family activities. In summer, there's mountain biking, hiking and biking trails, Lost Forest Adventure Park, and more. More than 20 shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We had a great vacation at Snowmass. The property was perfect for our group of 5. Access to the slopes and busses was extremely convenient. The condo is very well stocked and appointed as well as extremely clean. The views were great. Reed was amazingly responsive to our questions and needs. We highly recommend this unit.

Great location for our ski vacation at Snowmass. Very comfortable and updated, with a full kitchen and new appliances, and great views of the mountain. Super convenient ski in (although ski out option was temporarily closed) and lockers to leave all ski gear. Perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful building and common areas. Will be back!

Location, Location, Location

We have been coming to Snowmass for over a decade. Best location in 10 years. Close to restuarants, but also easy access to hiking and biking. Also clsoe to Apsen, but Snowmass is a more pleasant experience.

Great experience with this property. Property manager was very responsive. Property is immaculately clean, comfortable, private, beautifully decorated, great location and exactly as described in listing. Amenities were very nice - pool, jacuzzi and workout area. Place is awesome and center located. Close to a bus stop and is a phenomenal unit. Great decor and no expense spared on the multi million dollar condo. Lots of room for kids upstairs and the amenities of the condo are great. I used the lap pull everyday I was there. Reed is on top of his game. Very responsive and the cleaning staff were super nice.
