The room was nice, for the price. The staff were helpful. They even had a wheelchair for us to use. The hotel had many amenities we did not have time to use. My only complaints were that, when I showed up at the front desk to check in, there was nobody around for close to ten minutes while I stood around waiting. Also, there was no bottled water in the room, and they wanted to charge us for bottled water.

Smoothest check in ever. Great room(s). Moved once. Living below Omar the elephant trainer was unacceptable. Nest room was great, aside from being next to Daphne's Dancing Monkeys. People are incredibly inconsiderate these days. No fault of the facility, but I really didn't want a 6AM wakeup call. Or thump. Or crash.

Wonderful clean room with a really comfy bed. The staff was great and the check-in and out was flawless. Delicious breakfast is always a nice way to start your day. We will be back to stay with them again.
