Terrible Smell
The night receptions that checked me in wasn’t friendly at all and barely spoke. The third floor smelled of strong excrement for two days, the smell was so strong it was in the room with children. I asked for a new room in a different floor but they were unable accommodate me and because of the time of night and the way that I booked I was unable to cancel.. The receptionist at the desk glared at me when I asked her was she aware of the smell of feces and urine. She didn’t care and suggested at 1am I cancel my reservation and go to another hotel. The smell was so strong I had to open the windows in my room for little relief. The smell lingered the entire weekend and the staff acted as if it were normal. My little one became sick to her stomach and I ended up having to leave and go to another hotel. My entire family was sick at this point everyone having a stomach bug that Im certain we picked up from this hotel. Management was made aware by my travel agent and they were unsympathetic and
un·ac·com·mo·dat·ing. My husband has reached out to corporate with the videos and I plan to share this review a hundred times if I have to.
