Watch Amazing Sunrises



Breathtaking sunrises, maybe a passing shrimp boat or even dolphins feeding while enjoying your morning coffee. This one bedroom condo is located as close to the ocean as you can get on North Topsail Beach. At high tide, the beach is not accessible in front of the building. Enjoy the waves and view from your private balcony. Plenty of beach during low tide. The condo is keyless entry so you don`t have to worry about losing a key on the beach. There is a small Tiki Bar across the street. This place has 2 flat screen Smart TV`s, a dvd player, games, movies, books and a fully equipped kitchen; just bring the groceries. Great place for 1, 2 or a family. It offers tennis equipment, corn hole bags and a basketball for the multipurpose court. Other items can be used on the beach including chairs and umbrella. All linens, towels and paper products provided.



Keyless Entry. Guests will be provided an access code as soon as unit is cleaned and ready. Spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, you are required to use the provided parking pass to display in your vehicles.

This was the most peaceful location. My husband and I stayed 4 night's and loved how close we were to the waves crashing below us. We were on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this place for a couple, a family or going solo. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I had oysters every night.We saw the sunrise daily, dolphins everyday, a school of fish once, plenty of boats on the water, a ship off the shore of Camp Lejeune, lots of fellow seashell collector's, people fishing, wading and swimming. We met a few locals who were very nice.Lisa was a sweetheart to guide us with any of our needs. The place was clean and the balcony made it hard to leave. We will definitely be back!!!!

We had a very nice and peaceful stay. The check-in process was simple, and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our visit.The condo has a bit of an older charm and could use a few small updates, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time there.While the outdoor stairs don’t currently provide direct beach access due to the tide, there are several nearby public beach access points just a short distance away, which made it easy to get to the water and explore the area.Overall, a relaxing stay in a great location!

Lisa was so nice answering any questions, even offered a refund since the cleaning lady forgot to leave the key to get in. We had a wonderful time. Be sure to check tide schedule though!! High tide REALLY means HIGH tide there. As in there is no beach to walk on. So if you’re wanting that sunrise walk you may have to get in the car and drive down to onslow bay point depending on the tide schedule. But the feeling of being ON the ocean is unreal. The sound of the waves literally beneath you is so calming. The is no elevator. Not a complaint but if you have problems climbing stairs you’re in for a workout. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this group of condos. Love the area and hope to come back soon.

The best part about this place is the balcony. It's an excellent place to sit and watch the waves come in. The condo itself it nice too, it was the perfect size for my husband and I. The host was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The one negative was the musty smell. I do understand that this is a place that is subjected to lots of humidity but the musty smell was very strong in the bathroom and kitchen.

Lovely Little Condo

Perfect size for a family of four. The view of the ocean is wonderful, with the water just right outside the balcony with nothing blocking it. During high tide, the the water comes right up to the building - which we loved because we felt surrounded by ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay, and really appreciated that the owner provides linens and paper goods so we had less things we had to bring with us.
