Multiple outdoor spaces, gorgeous ocean views, and a spacious, modern interior make this brand-new (2022) beach house the perfect place for a family holiday! Spend your days soaking up the sun and sea breezes at the beach, just steps from the home. A convenient outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off sandy feet and beach gear after you get back. The three-story interior provides plenty of space to spread out, while the main-floor living area features an inviting open layout designed for group gatherings. The ocean-view balcony comes equipped with a gas grill if you feel like having a cookout. You'll find everything else you need for home cooking in the well-equipped full kitchen. Each bedroom features its own balcony and a smart TV for private comfort and flexible entertainment.
