Enjoy gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from this second-floor Topsail Dunes end unit. Have fun enjoying the pristine beach, swimming in the oceanside pool, or just soaking in the sights and sounds of this recently updated rental.

Featuring an oceanfront balcony and a large living area with great ocean views, the condo also includes a screened porch for Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) sunset watching. The bedrooms have brand new floors replaced in 2022. Additional perks include three TVs, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and slow cooker, as well as board games and books. A twin ottoman bed and rollaway twin bed provide extra sleeping space.

The Topsail Dunes complex offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, multiple grills, and dedicated beach access.
