College #springbreak2025 with my college student and her marine fiancee. Wish the weather was warmer and we could access the beach (not sure why access was taped off) but nevertheless a great time was had.

Great Time

Had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas and visiting my son and daughter in law. The St Regis property was very clean and comfortable! Great view of the ocean and minutes away from being on the beach. Would definitely stay at this location again

Great stay for a 2nd time!

We stayed in this condo previously in 2022 and once again, it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the room location, view and ease of chrck in and check out. Will definitely try to get this same location again in the future!!!

Extremely dirty and AC was not working

Tried multiple times to get intouch with someone to talk about how filthy the condo was. Also the air conditioner was not working. It was 85 when we checked in and never got below 82 until 2 days into our stay. The refrigerator was barely cool qnd never kept anything cold. We had to use coolers for our food to keep it from spoiling. The ceiling was pealing in the condo. The deck lights, ceiling and flooring was dishusting and we could not walk barefoot. We found mens toenails the second we walked into the living area on the coffee table and by the dining room table. We had to sanitize and vacuum the sofa bc of all the sand and stains covering it. We could not even use the guest room closet bc of the fish smell and all of the filthy things that were stacked up to the clothing rod. It was very disappointing and i will not be recommending this unit to anyone! I grew up having a condo on the property and love the location and setup. Ive continued renting and staying at several different units for many years and never have encountered anything as poorly maintained and filthy as what we stayed in!
