The house was amazing! Right on the beach with beautiful windows out to the ocean to sit inside or on the deck outside. Only issue was new company took over rental coastal carolina retreats and they never sent us code to get in. We emailed and text with no response then had to call multiple times before finally getting our code. Once we got a hold of them they were very helpful. I think it may have been just an error in the change in companies 6 days before out stay.

The hot tub and pool were great! Easy access to the beach was great. The only negatives I could mention were the worn sofa, but being dog friendly may account for that. Also, there were missing or non-working smoke alarms. Due to prior reviews I took refrigerator containers for leftovers and left them for future renters. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect

Location could not have been more perfect. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. You can't get any closer to the beach - and what a beautiful beach!! Favorite Topsail rental yet! And bonus - the easiest check out process we've ever had from a rental. These little things go a long way!
