Welcome to this strikingly beautiful home with a newly painted exterior in the exclusive community of Ocean Sound Village! This home is professionally decorated with newly refinished floors and updated furniture. It also has elevator access to all floors and an unenclosed outdoor shower. The main floor features an extensive open floor plan flooding with natural light and spectacular beach and ocean views. The top floor has a loft-like game room with an air hockey table, a foosball table, and a desk.

Gather in the living area to plan your next adventures, watch TV, or play board games with your family. Then, when mealtime comes around, head over to the well-appointed kitchen to prepare a delicious homemade meal for the gang. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table, and a breakfast bar. The living/dining area opens to a beachfront deck with several chairs and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals.

There are six oceanfront bedrooms, one with direct deck access, a TV, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub.

This was a nice house but if you are renting it because of the elevator I would recommend another house.we rented because of that reason was not told it didn’t work. We have a Handicapped 26 year we had to carry up and down 2 flights of stairs the whole weekend called several times no one address the problem if was told ahead of time would not have rented it in the description it says elevator. Tv in bedroom wouldn’t turn on and dryer door felt like it was going to fall off reported those things too. It very Dangerous to make false statements like have an elevator that to me means working someone could get hurt it would have been a great weekend if not for this we paid good money for a house that had the accommodation that we needed and not provided

I didn’t read the reviews before booking and I’m glad I didn’t. We would’ve missed out on an incredible house! We make a yearly trip to Topsail/Surf City every fall and this is the best house we’ve had by far. The bedroom layout was absolutely perfect. The living room was large with plenty of seating. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. I always bring a few of my things from home…just things I prefer. Everything was clean. The best thing for us was NOT having to bring towels and sheets. Every other house we’ve EVER stayed at, we’ve always had to provide towels and linens and that’s a pain. If you look hard enough in ANY rental you’ll see some flaws. Was it enough to effect our stay of my review? Absolutely not. If you lay on the lower bunks, yes the upper bunks have stains on the mattresses and need to be replaced. The bathroom door in the bedroom downstairs needs a squirt of WD40…not a big deal at all. The view is incredible and the beach is RIGHT THERE! This will be our go-to house from now on!
