The portable AC unit had a high pitched whistle sound, similar to a dog whistle. Very annoying, so I would only run the AC when I was not at the condo. I would recommend hiring an exterminator. There was a very large bug, 99% sure it was a roach that I tried to smash on multiple attempts throughout the condo. The living room furniture and bed were comfortable but overall I would not stay here again.

Great Location!

Great location and updated furniture to include a pull out couch. The bunk beds were awesome! The condos are a bit outdated but for the price you can't beat it. We even extended our stay. The AC was cold and there was an amazing breeze from the beach!

Small and out of date.

Very small room compared to others in the same building. Pot and pans had crusted on food from previous renters. The furniture was very small. Great for little kids but not adults. Access to the beach is not existent for this complex. Sandbags in front of the building cannot be walked on so you have to use the public beach access south of the complex. Good luck trying to sleep in the twin bed. I'm still hurting! View of the ocean was great. Even got to see a bunch of dolphins for a couple of hours. The complex is very quiet for the most part. Really nice to hear the waves lapping on the shore at night.

Ridiculous guest relations, we couldn’t check in our room for 3 hours. I talked with 3 different coustumer services people and 1 manager. They couldn’t resolve the problem after 3 hours the manager came. He tried to fix the door but couldn’t. Than finally maintenance guy came and opened the door. Event we couldn’t lock the door And stayed 6 nights whithout locking the door.. They told me to refund the money but never called me back. Even J called and asked for refund and late check out.. We couldn’t get late check out. They told me to refund $40 only. We will see… Definitely won’t come back!

Inside Ok…Location Right on the beach 5 stars

Overall Cleanliness = 2 stars Location 5 stars Overall = 2.5 It was awesome to have a 3rd floor unit directly on the beach! However the unit was extremely humid /wet feeling where the towels and blankets felt damp because of the air. The refrigerator was leaking and a dead cockroach surfaced. It was NOT the welcome we had hoped for. Description included a dishwasher and laundry. No dishwasher but a communal laundry spot was there. We also brought our own Lysol disinfectant wipes and cleaned almost all of the surfaces again as there were some stains that came off with the wipes. The main bed’s blanket felt crusty like it was unwashed for a long time. Windows / mirrors needed cleaned badly and we needed to purchase more hand soap for the bathroom. Since it was a short stay and the point was to be on the beach it was an ok stay.

Great visit, but

Great little place. Stove burners need adjustment. Left front doesn't work. Right burner is wobbly. Furniture uncomfortable, couch hard and low to floor. All else was fine.
