Memorial day thru Labor day Saturday thru Saturday bookings only thanks! Drop dead gorgeous Oceanfront Gem on N Topsail Beach! This view defines perfection. Right by the pier....best view on the island especially at night! Enjoy the waves and watch dolphins splashing around for both of the direct oceanfront decks. Amazing hot tub as well. Reverse layout with Master and Living area on the top floor. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, one oceanfront with its own en suite too. Bedroom3 is a Queen and bedroom4 has double bunks (sleeps 4) House has been totally renovated and we provide everything! Keurig coffee with pods, all kitchen stuff, quality beds and linens (including towels). Outdoor shower , Smart TVs in every room. The entire house including balcony is wired for sound as well. Just bring your bathing suits!
Beach chairs also provided as well as toys and boogie boards for the kids! I manage this property myself and take pride in providing a memorable vacation!

This was exactly as pictured and a perfect spot right on the beach, next to the pier. Beautiful views of ocean from every window. Owner was responded to my questions immediately and was very helpful.

Fabulous house

Needed to get away for a couple days. What better place than the beach. The entire process was seem less and the house was clean, well equipped and fantastic location. Will be returning.

Definitely a gem! The house was perfectly laid out and equipped for our group - 4 adults and 4 teens, plus our beach loving dog. Plenty of space, rooms and bathrooms so we weren't on top of each other, and a good sized dining area and living room to come together to eat and play games. Absolutely loved the easy access to the beach - we've been spoiled now! The house was more than adequately stocked with everything we needed - paper products, cooking tools, beach equipment - it made our relaxing weekend so easy and carefree. We had a bit of an A/C issue the first night and Steven the owner was ON IT! I can't say enough things about him. Even though it was late on a Friday night and a holiday weekend, he was able to get someone out to make some tweaks and get us cooled off. The A/C guy even had wonderful things to say about working with the owners which says a lot! Steven even dropped off a bottle of wine on Saturday. Let's just say they more than made up for what we felt was a very minor issue. Checking in and out were super easy too. We will definitely consider coming back!
