Property was well maintained and kitchen well stocked. Main bedroom could use darker curtains due to outside lights made room bright all night. Also there was a high pitch noise that was prominent 24/7. You did not hear it out by the elevator only inside the condo. View from balcony was awesome.

Terrific place to stay! We have stayed at other condos at this location and this has been our favorite so far! We did have to evacuate for a small time (30ish minutes) on our last night due to an issue causing the fire alarms to go off within the condos but it was resolved quickly and with no fault to this specific condo. Will be back!

The perfect place!

Topsail and the St. Regis will always feel like a home away from home to me. I used to go every year since I was 7 and unfortunately hadn’t been able to make it back for the past 9 years so this family trip was extremely important to me. The condo unit was everything I hoped and needed. Beach themed, amazing view and I appreciated how easy the whole process was! Loved the owners note about how they too fell in love with the place and thankful for them sharing their “little piece of paradise” with families like us! Definitely recommend this unit!
