Needs Major Help!
The condo's ocean views are amazing, but the condo itself is NOT! The cleanliness of the condo was bad, the kitchen is very outdated, and the furniture needs to be replaced. When we first walked into the condo to look around, we found dead cockroaches and some other insects dead on the tile floors. The bathtub was not cleaned at all. It had sand/dirt all in it, the shower curtain had mold all along the bottom of it, the walls were dirty with hand and footprints on them and other stuff (food & make-up maybe) that I wiped off easily with a wet cloth and the baseboards were so dirty. The kitchen needs a major overhaul, cleaning, and remodeling! (The dishwasher was the only new thing in the condo) The shelves inside the cabinets were sticky, the doors were dirty, the electric stove/oven has burnt food in the stovetop coil pans and burnt globs of food inside the oven. The vent fan above the oven had so much build up on it that it was dripping grease onto the stovetop. All the blinds in the condo are missing several panels and most of the chains and pull ropes aren't functional. The sofas are very dated and worn and when you sit down, it's like sitting in a hole. One of the dressers was nonfunctional and falling apart and they all have a lot of wear and tear. The laundry room smelled like pot most days and the washing machine has dirt build up on the agitator. I took pictures of everything. The only good things about this condo:
1. New dishwasher
2. Clean towels and bed sheets (those came from a cleaning service, nicely folded in a carrying bag)
3. Ocean views
