We had a great week at the beach! The house was very comfortable for our group of 4 couples and 9 children, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, the shared community pool was a great bonus, and we loved the beautiful views.When we stayed, the house did not yet have direct beach access, so it was about a 0.3-mile walk to the beach. I understand that dedicated beach access is currently being built, which will be a great addition once completed.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This week was for all my children and grands...the home EXCEEDED my expectations.My criteria was: The design had to allow for individual space/privacy and have large area for family/games/fun. Views....Views, easy access to beach/grocery and had to be clean and well cared for. Furnishings, appliances, kitchenware, expresso/keruig high quality toaster, blender, linens..the list goes on and on.Host was the BEST...and ensured that we had access for communication.Our entire family voted to come back next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beach house in Sneads Ferry! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout worked perfectly for our family.We especially loved the peaceful location and how well the home accommodated our family throughout the trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and evening sunsets.The hosts were responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. Our family created so many great memories here, and we would not hesitate to stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
