Carpets were filthy; no remedy or discount offered. Beach access was non existent from building during high tide and was not revealed in property description.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. The carpet was pretty dirty and condo had a very moldy smell. AC units might have needed new filters. Pull out couch was broken and there was no hairdryer. ( both were listed as amenities)

the parking lot was terrible as there were potholes and bumps. Would of been nice if there was a warning for the sand bags and the high tide right outside our balcony.

Apartment smelled like mold as soon as we stepped in, and Vacasa did nothing to help: either to check the problem out while we were still there, or to help facilitate a resolution once we left. We did not stay in the property, since we felt like it was a safety concern. Fighting now just to get a contact & refund to discuss the situation after the fact.

You get what you pay for

Super cheap for a reason. Balcony is unusable due to rotting ac unit and broken furniture. Everything was decently clean except the sliding door that would hardly open because the track was so dirty. Fans were gross as well and every vent is rusted. Only gave us 4 towels for 3 people for 2 nights, 3 days. No additional sheets either. Called to get more and they seemed confused on how why we would want more towels and bedding so we gave up. The place itself looks like someone’s grandma’s condo with very old mixed matched furniture.

Amazing water front

Decent place but there was very little beach due to the sandbags and crazy high water levels except for 4 hrs a day. But we found a place close by that we drove to and spent a day on the beach. The window AC unit was very loud that often made conversation and watching TV frustrating. The bedroom AC was much quieter. The view was amazing 24hrs/day.

Quick Trip

Nice condo. Enjoyed the deck. Bed was comfy, sheets & towels plentiful. Don't forget to bring your own corkscrew. If you have to contact VACASA, do so by phone & not text to get better service.
