I had to re washing all the dishes had dried food on it ,cups were all greasy as touching,the dishwasher is so old (show the rust which is toxic) plastic cover it’s gone ! Cleaning was awful,vacuum stinks!…online didn’t specify apartment is located on the 4th floor and there’s elevator but it’s out of order,unfortunately I suffer with vertigo & was having dizziness and difficulty to walk the floor, hallways ; can see through to the 1st floor …I used the washer to wash some towels and come out all the towels with brown paper or I don’t know what ,I used the vacuum to pick up all the brown stuff after I had to shake them to rewash the towels & vacuum stinks so badly,cleaning products that they use are cheap!!…The comforters smell horrible and had some white stuff as it showed in the pictures I posted, I wanted to take a look at the ocean and was big dead bugs in the screen window (disgusting) hopefully the owners taking care of all the issues before they keep it renting..Was our celebration 13 year anniversary! Night time view with full moon 2 consecutive nights was so beautiful!

Vacation with parents in their 80's

The property was advertised as oceanfront. We felt that description was a bit misleading. We had a view of the ocean but we weren't oceanfront as we are accustomed to being at our usual rental. Also, only 1 key was provided to the unit. I was anxious the entire week that we would lock ourselves out of the unit. We didn’t, thank God. An additional key would have given me more peace of mind.

Fantastic condo with a GREAT view

This condo was the perfect home away from home. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Carpets were super soft and well kept. The view from the balcony was gorgeous especially at sunrise. This host was very responsive and helpful with all pur questions. Very easy check in process. We would highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again in the future ❤️

We love Topsail

We have stayed at Topsail Dunes a couple of times and this condo was our favorite. Lots of space, beds was comfortable, pillows weren’t flat. They had every thing we would need down to beach wagon. I was skeptical about the carpet because we’ve never rented a condo at the beach with carpet but it was far better with carpet. We would definitely stay here again. South Topsail has my heart but we like staying in a place with a pool so we just drove to the south end a couple of days. The elevator and the carts were very helpful and an added bonus since the last time that we stayed the building that we were, and did not have that. See you next year.

Topsail Dunes

The condo was as listed. The downside was that with having to wash all towels before leaving the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry; even in small loads. The other downside is that the pool closes at 8, and when reserving the time listed was later than that. Those are just not picky things. Besides that it was an amazing place and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful week at North Topsail Dunes. Lois made the rental process very easy and answered any questions we had within a day. The only problem (not property owners fault) was the elevator wasn't working Thursday through this morning when we left. Took a lot longer to take stuff down from the 4th floor than we anticipated. The condo was very clean and well supplied. Look forward to going back next year!!!

Nice Accommodations

We have visited Topsail Island for close to 20 years, but this is the first time we’ve stayed at North Topsail. This 2BR condo was plenty roomy for our group with easy access to the beach and off island conveniences such as dining, grocery, etc. The condo’s amenities were plentiful including a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.
