Beach access is unavailable during high tide at the moment (the beach changes rapidly), the public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access

* Our second home in North Topsail Beach for our small family!
* Second-floor unit in building 8 of Topsail Reef
* 1 bed/1bath; no elevator access
* Sleeps up to 6, ideal for couples or smaller groups/families
* Keyless and contactless check in!

* BEACH ACCESS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE
* Private to HOA community
* High tide may cover bottom stairs; alternative access points nearby
* "Sweet spot" for all day set-up just next to our building but be cautious of changing tides
* 2 quality beach chairs provided
* Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion
* HOA amenities: oceanfront community, private beach accesses, Tennis/Basketball courts, laundry facility and more

What to Bring:

* Beach towels, toys and supplies
* Streaming logins for Smart TVs
* Toiletries, extra paper goods, laundry pods for community laundry facility if desired

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Full set of freshly laundered linens and towels individually packaged for hygiene

* Upon arrival, our guests will find neatly folded linens ready for bed-making, ensuring a fresh level of cleanliness and comfort
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included
* Starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started
