You'll love being located directly on the shore in the oceanfront Shipwatch community, complete with a beachside pool. With oceanfront decks on each floor, you'll enjoy ocean views and fresh breezes whenever your heart desires!

Inside your townhome, you'll find a spacious and inviting interior. Whip up delicious dishes in the skylit full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms (two of which are oceanfront) or gather together for movie nights in the open living area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and on the third floor is the primary suite with an HD TV. High-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work.

The pool operates during the spring and summer months only.

Wonderful family accomadations.The only negative comment would be lots of steep stairs, needed to rent baby gates, which customer services were excellent in information on rental.Had everything needed in the kitchen and needs of comfort.Would stay there again.

Good rental

Rental was good, great location. But there were fewer parking passes than advertised. The unit was fairly clean but there are a limited number of towels, especially for the kitchen. There was a tripped breaker that i had to fix for the master bath, but the property manager talked me through it ..boverall i would rent here again.

Nice location but good luck if you have issues

When we arrived there was no parking pass or amenity pass (to give us pool access). We contacted Vacasa multiple times about this, desperately trying to gain pool access. Every time their response would be that they are trying to contact their local team but can’t get a hold of anyone. We checked in on a Monday. By 3:30 pm Wednesday we received a pool fob. However it did not work. Again we played the game of constant calls trying to get someone to help us. Finally at 11:55 am on Friday we received a pool fob that worked. We left Sunday morning. Currently we are still trying to receive compensation for all the time we did not have pool access and the amount of time we spent wasted on the phone with Vacasa trying to get someone to help us. Also, the dishwasher had a puddle of water in the bottom. We attempted to run it several times but it never worked. We had to go to the store to buy dish soap because there was none available in the house and that was the only way to clean dishes. We would’ve liked to have that fixed but obviously pool access was our biggest concern. We had 3 adults and 4 kids but only 5 bath towels. I would’ve thought that 7 towels would have been the minimum amount that were left in the house considering 7 people total were listed as staying. Again, with it being so hard to get a hold of anyone, we didn’t even attempt to try to get more linen. We shouldn’t have to fight for what we paid thousands of dollars for.
