Great views, needs updates/cleaning

This home was in great proximity to the beach, has a very nice community pool, and great views of the sound and ocean from all 4 decks. The inside was spacious and open and easily fit 9 people. It could use a deep cleaning and some routine maintenance. There was half eaten candy, old receipts, change, and what appeared to be used toothbrushes in the drawers of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was “clean” in all visible areas but could definitely benefit from and all over deep cleaning. The screen to the one sliding door was off and just leaning against the door, some broken decor, and a leaking faucet. Easy fixes if someone took the time.
