Less then a mile from a reception center, gas station, fast food, splash pad and skate park.

Folding table and 6 folding chairs for additional seating or games, can be added to the dining/ living area upstairs. ( table and chairs located in the garage) There are 3 locked closet areas. Basement cold storage under porch, under stairs, and a small one in the hall upstairs, for our use with no access.
