We chose this because of its location close to Heathrow and it listed a shuttle bus. It turns out the shuttle bus only goes to T5, which means an underground ride from there to other terminals. While free, riding the tube between terminals means a lot of walking/escalator rides The property is clean and recently renovated. Our room was very small but adequate for our one night stay. A couple of things irked us. They give you a code to punch in to open the room door. The code is 9 characters long and the keypad is small. The other thing is that the parking garage requires you to take a paper ticket before the door will open, but then the door starts to close before you get the car in gear and down to the door. When leaving , the desk has to validate the ticket which you scan

I arrived mid evening following a long flight and had booked here as it was a short journey (less than 10 mins bus ride) from Heathrow T5. The instructions provided by the hotel regarding buses, airport hopper bus etc were very clear and helpful. The check in was smooth and efficient. The room was basic, but spotlessly clean and with everything required for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast provided a plentiful selection of items (hot and cold) and, at £10, was good value. I can't really comment on the surroundings as it was such a short stay, but I found the staff helpful and well informed on the local amenities and would certainly consider returning on another occasion.

Room was clean, big enough for 2 adults and two children for an overnight stay. Hadn’t noticed the fine print about £15 car parking. We slept ok, having been the first room however we heard everyone in the hall way making noises with no consideration to guest who were trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, plenty of options.

I was very pleased with the stay. The staff provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean , well maintained and had everything you needed. The breakfast was so much better than the usual hotel breakfast. Will return and tell family members. I used the hotel hoppa bus that stopped outside.
