Room had no heating. cold air con fan stuck on constant - 16 degree temperature. Hotel did provide a heater as a temp solution but the issue went un repaired for the duration of stay for 3 days. Toilet cistern wasn't operating correctly and made annoying sound at all times. Mattress's in this hotel are cheap and uncomfortable. Pre paid for breakfast but was told they had ran out of bacon for 2 days running. Each time told to come back tomorrow. this was at 0830. Used to be nice breakfast here but cheap sausages now and tinned watery mushrooms. Heating issue should have been flagged by hotel on booking the same day or at check in rather than leaving many guests cold. This only puts more pressure on the staff trying to deal with the problems.

Very comfortable, clean room for a very good price. And it's a 5 minute door to door minute journey on the 703 bus form terminal 5. A minor issue was the heat/AC could not be turned off, and when I asked the front desk to check it out, they said they end someone to look, but nobody came. I was checking out that day anyway. And the shower doesn't drain in the tub until you get out, so you're standing in your own water when showering. Aside from these small issues, it's an excellent hotel for the price and thoroughly recommended.

The staff was great! Super friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the espresso machine which also happened to make tasty hot chocolate. I will return to this hotel on my next trip .

We like the B+B brand but this hotel doesn't meet the standard we've had before. It's worn, smells and the only thing to have been updated are the door handles which the receptionist refused to just write down the code for.
