The hotel served the purpose for our stay. A brief 1 night to drop off a family member at LHR. The room was very cold (heating not working) although a portable heater was provided.

Check in is easy. Staff is friendly and very helpful with breakfast and parking. It is also good value for money. The negative side are : (1) the room is relatively cold. although the setting is 25C, the room is always 17C. And the mattress is too soft to out liking. All above is of source very subjective.

Given the price and location, I wasn’t expecting a great deal to be honest, however I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and a swift check in and the room was clean and well presented. What surprised me most was despite the proximity to the airport and being on the flight path, I honestly didn’t hear a single plane taking off. My only negative was the fact that I’m a two-pillow sleeper and we only had one pillow each. A minor gripe but not enough to deduct any stars. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Clean and modern room in a great location for overnight stay when transferring through Heathrow T5. Five minutes away by bus. Very good value hotel.
