The place looks nice. But our room at the top floor was a bit disappointing. The bathroom does not have a good exhaust system. The power circuit from adjacent room disrupts our room’s electrical supply. The hotel food is nice and the team are very friendly and helpful.
We had originally booked for two nights as I was having a operation,I checked in and then my operation was cancelled I explained to the staff and I've got to say the staff was amazing,really helpful and managed to move the un used night so that I can use it when my operation was moved to , the hotel has real charm and the room was very clean and spacious,look forward to our next night stay , thankyou for being so understanding
Actually so horrendous it’s laughable. The construction noises were insanely loud through out my whole stay and I had to jump over a pile of soggy towels and a bucket of water that was filling from a ceiling leak to get to my room. I actually can’t believe I paid over £100 for a room here. Insane
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had a comfortable sleep but the negative was that there was a plumbing issue in the morning so there were problems in the kitchen so we were unable to take a shower in the room and also unable have breakfast which we had paid for.
Therefore, we checked out earlier than intended
And drove home. When we called the hotel to say that we left and didn’t have breakfast, the member of staff just said oh,very sorry but it was only an hour and we did then serve breakfast. which I found very disappointing.
Property grounds and main areas are amazing, unfortunately we were in room 50 ,on the side of the wall. Room was in need of painting and cleaning,and a general spruce up.
The bar and dining room were fantastic, and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were excellent
