The hotel was advertised as having spa facilities including a sauna. The sauna and the showers on the pool were out of action but this was not noted on the website or mentioned at check in. I would not have booked the hotel had I been aware. The room was advertised as having robes and slippers but they didn’t have either.
This is how I found out the sauna wasn’t working
There was at least a sign but you had to go into the changing rooms to use the shower which was a distance away
