Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was conventional but nice. Would definitely stay here again. The bar was a plus for a nice cold or warm drink and the kids loved the pizza they offered there especially after the closure of the restaurant.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are lovely. Just needed more soap in the shower jar…it needed to be replenished but that was minor. The restaurant had great food and the prices were very reasonable. I also loved that I got a front row view of the planes about to land at Heathrow. Loved it!

I am really impressed with this hotel. We did a stay, park and fly and then stayed again for a night on our return. The place is spotless and the rooms are large airy and comfortable. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room. You can park without leaving the keys and the staff are pleasant and helpful.
