The staff were helpful, clean room and had plenty of room really loved it, couldn't hear any noise even when there was a party down in the function room, had a really restful night and breakfast in the morning was excellent would recommend, shame the sauna and other facilities were being repaired as would have like to use them, may be next time

We had a great time at this hotel - staff was wonderful and I had one of the best cosmopolitan cocktails at the bar I've had in 20 years. We watched the world cup matches in the lobby and the food at the Indian restaurant was yummy. The property from the exterior is not as fancy but the experience was great!

The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located for Windsor Racecourse (by taxi). Lovely room upgrade to Club Level and good food in the bar but a shame the whole pool area was being refurbished and unavailable to use.
