This 3-room vacation rental is a well-appointed apartment of 48 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a versatile sleeping solution for additional guests. This welcoming space opens directly onto one of the apartment's balconies, allowing natural light and fresh air to flow freely throughout. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous comfort for restful nights, and both rooms also benefit from direct access to a balcony. The apartment features a total of 2 balconies: 2 smaller balconies of 2 m2 each and a larger balcony of 8 m2, all equipped with balcony furniture and deck chairs for a total of 12, making outdoor relaxation a true pleasure with a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes a dining table for shared meals. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.
