HÃŒbsche Wohnung zwischen Split und Dubrovnik

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Klek. Mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser und inmitten einer schönen, kleinen Bucht. Bei der Hitze hat uns die Klimaanlage gute Dienste geleistet. Mit der Vermieterin standen wir immer in positivem Kontakt. Wir wÌrden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort buchen

Schlechteste Unterkunft in 25Jahren Kroatien

Nach 1300km Anfahrt kamen wir in der Unterkunft an . SchlÌssel waren in der SchlÌsselbox wie vereinbart. Dann öffneten wir die TÌre und gleich der erste Schock , in der Wohnung wurde WÀsche getrocknet , die wohnung war nicht geputzt Ìberall waren Hinterlassenschaften der VorgÀnger und das Bett sah aus als hÀtte kurz davor noch jemand darin gelegen

Von der Wohnung ins Meer. Direkt fast an der neuen BrÃŒcke.

Das Appartement war klein, insbesondere das Bad. GeringfÃŒgige MÀngel wurden von der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin abgestellt. Als BegrÌßung gab es Obst, Wein und Schokolade. Von LÀrmbelÀstigung durch massiven Fahrzeugverkehr war nichts zu hören. Wohl dank der neuen, mautfreien BrÃŒcke um nach Dubrovnik zu fahren (ohne Bosnien). Ein Ventil der Wasserversorgung und der Toilettendeckel sowie ein Sonnenschirm wurden sofort ausgetauscht. Einziger Nachteil: Es konnte nur kroatisches TV empfangen werden. Keine auslÀndischen Sender wie im Inserat bei FeWo angekÃŒndigt. Reparaturversuche seitens des UnterstÃŒtzers der Vermieterin verliefen negativ. Tipp: Notebook ÃŒber W-Lan und USB-Kabel in das ziemlich kleine TV GerÀt stecken. Es standen 2 schrÀge ParkplÀtze zur VerfÃŒgung, welche beide sehr klein waren. Wir waren froh das ein Parkplatz nicht benutzt wurde, weil unser PKW 4,92 m lang ist. Und beim rÃŒckwÀrts rausetzen geht es ungesichert ein StÃŒck abwÀrts, so dass der Wagen festgefahren wÀre. Es ist ein Ortsteil von Klek (Ribic - nur ein paar HÀuser). In dieser Gegend ist wirklich Ruhe. Der nÀchste Supermarkt, Plodine, ist in Opuzen (25 Minuten Fahrzeit). Lidl und ein weiterer Plodine in Ploce (ca. 40 Minuten Fahrzeit). Dort bekommt man dann allerdings alles. In Klek und davor in einem kleinen Teil jeweils "ein Hilfssupermarkt". Weitere GeschÀfte erreicht man von Opuzen aus in Richtung Mostar. Größerer Ort. Der Grill am Haus war gut und wurde von uns hÀufig benutzt.

Check in war super. Sauberkeit war jetzt nicht so gut aber sind 3 sterne mehr kann man nicht erwarten. FÃŒr uns persönlich mein mann ist groß war das bett viel zu klein max. Breite war 1.40m deshalb fÃŒr uns Katastrophal. Ich hab eine woche gebraucht bis ich verstanden hab wie ich warm wasser zum duschen bekomme deshalb war die erste woche auch nicht toll was die dusche betrifft. Im inserat steht smart tv. Man konnte nicht ins inet bzw Youtube etc. Auch unsere Handys konnten wir nicht verbinden weder iPhone noch Samsung. Mussten dann ÃŒber unsere Handys Filme schauen. Der kleiderschrank ist winzig und es hÀngen 6 KleiderbÃŒgel drinnen wÃŒsste mal gerne wem das reichen sollte. Das bad ist auch extrem klein so dass mein mann stÀndig seitlich auf klo musste. FÃŒr eine einzelne kleine Person definitiv geeignet aber ab 2 Personen wird schwer. Super Terrasse super Ausblick und super Grill die Touristen StÀdte dubrovnik split etc sind ab 1,5std erreichbar. Ich persönlich wÃŒrde nicht mehr das appartement buchen und erst recht nicht mehr nach Kroatien fahren .

Guter Ausgangsort fÃŒr nette Kurzreisen

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts und man hat auch alles da um sich gut selbst versorgen zu können. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Im Herbst ist in der Umgebung so gut wie kein Gastronomiebetrieb, aber in der Umgebung gibt es genug Alternativen, die aber alle nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Einzig Negativ ist die Landstraße direkt an der Wohnung, durch den Grenzverkehr nach Bosnien( ist der nÀchste Ort) hat man doch viele LKW die dort rund um die Uhr langfahren.

Traumhaft

Wir waren 13 NÀchte in dieser Wohnung und wir haben es einfach nur genossen. Diese Ruhe, dieser traumhafte Ausblick und der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Die Badeplateaus waren alle mit einer Treppe ausgestattet, sodass ein mÌheloser Zugang ins Wasser möglich ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und fÌr 2 Personen mit Hund mehr als ausreichend. Eins unserer Highlights war der wunderbare Grill auf der Terrasse, der tÀglich genutzt wurde.

Traumhafte Lage mit tollem Meerblick und direktem Meerzugang

traumhaft gelegene, einfach ausgestatte Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang und Terasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer; sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Obstkorb und BegrÌßungstrunk; Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, besonders die Klimaanlage wußten wir bei der anfangs extrem hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit und Außentemperatur sehr zu schÀtzen.

sehr schöner Ort direkt am Meer

Wundervoller Urlaub. Wir hatten einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Sehr kinderfreundlich waren auch die vorhandenen Luftmatratzen und Schwimmreifen. Wir haben uns nicht gelangweilt, weil wir uns viele Burgen, Inseln und WasserfÀlle angesehen haben. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Albina

Top Lage mit Zugang und Blick aufs Meer

Das Apartment war rundum eingerichtet, die Lage und vor allem die Terrasse mit Blick und Zugang zum Meer sind fantastisch. Einzig das Bad hat eine Renovierung nötig. Kleinreparaturen wurden sofort erledigt, Gastgeber und Verwalter waren sehr freundlich.

Aussicht genial - Sonne zum FrÃŒhstÃŒck

Zum FrÃŒhstÃŒck gibt es Sonne auf der Terrasse, ab Mittags (wenn es heiss wird) kommt Schatten. Das ist prima. Als störend emfanden wir die wirklich nahe gelegene Strasse. Aber nach ein paar Tagen Urlaub kann man das gut ignorieren. Wenn es regnet, hat man danach eine kleine MÃŒckenplage. leider waren keine Fliegenschutznetze am Schlafzimmerfenster. Das haben wir dann selbst gekauft und angebracht. Insgesamt eine moderne, schlichte Ferienwohnung - KEIN abgewohntes Mobiliar. Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden, vor allem die LÃŒftung könnte in einem fensterlosen Bad besser klappen. Aber das ist alles nebensÀchlich, wenn man auf der terasse sitzt, ist alles vergessen. Achtung: Badeschuhe mitbringen, es gibt Seeigel! Besonders toll fanden wir den riesigen Fruchtkorb mit regionalem Obst, der zur BegrÌßung auf dem Tisch stand. Ein kleine Problem mit der Waschmaschine wurde sofort behoben. Danke Albina fÃŒr den Service!

Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten war es ein schöner Urlaub. 1.Bei schwachem Internet vor Ort, konnten wir die Bilder zum einchecken nicht öffnen, der nette Berater der FE-WO half dann weiter. 2. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, gebrummt nicht auszuhalten. Auf anschreiben, hieß es, das nichts bekannt wÀre und wir seien die ersten... jedoch wurde die Klimaanlage ausgetauscht nachdem der Bruder der Vermieterin sich selbst vergewisserte. 3. Schade war auch das die Liegen nicht richtig zu nutzen waren, waren zum Teil kaputt/ Sprossen gebrochen. 4. Der Parkplatz war zu kurz fÃŒr europÀische Autos, aber eine sehr nette Nachbarin hat uns ermöglicht ihren Parkplatz zusÀtzlich zu nutzen um schrÀg zu parken (sonst wÀr keiner an uns hinten vorbei gekommen) Von der Vermieterin keine Spur, in den 14 Tagen. Im ganzen hatten wir eine schöne und erholsame Zeit.

Tolle Lage! Schöne Terrasse mit super Aussicht.

Wer Trubel braucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Die nahe Straße ist zwar laut. Man hört im Haus aber nichts davon. Das Bad ist fÃŒr Menschen ab Körpergröße 1,70m etwas sehr eng. FÃŒr mich mit meinen 1,80m war es regelrecht eine Zumutung. Aber naja... Sonst sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man so zum Erholen braucht.

Schönes kleines Apartment mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden in Klek, es war sehr schön, leider eine sehr befahrene Straße in der NÀhe, dadurch nicht ganz so ruhig. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, fÃŒr meinen 2 Meter großen Mann nicht ganz einfach.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Wenn man fernab von jedem Stress entspannen möchte und ein Auto dabei hat ist es super dort.
