Overall stay was lovely, family room was amazing, so big and spacious. Leisure club staff were very friendly. Breakfast was gorgeous. Told by receptionist that there was no kids club or movie night etc but turns out there was and that we didn't need a reservation at the bar for dinner, turns out we did. We waited 45 mins for a table and another 45 minutes for our food to be served. Service was terrible, no one came near us through out our meal to check if we needed drinks etc. We kept having to get up to ask for things.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed in a 3 person room. Used the pool facilities which were lovely in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant also which was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. Stayed here after playing a gig in Sligo. Came back late and the reception advised us that we could order drinks to the room by scanning a QR code. It was not fit for purpose. Alcoholic beverages were available but soft drinks were not. All we wanted was a 7up or something similar. The online thing wasn’t working, rang to reception, classic “computer says no” situation unfortunately. The staff were very helpful and dropped us up some mi-wadi, they could do that because it was free - but it showed the flaw in the system that they couldn’t take a simple order for a soft drink over the phone due to an app issue. A bit of flexibility would go a long way here and certainly would be more suitable to any older customers who would find QR codes and online ordering to be a challenge. Other than that, had a mighty time. Will stay again.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. The large stone building makes you feel like you are walking into a castle. The rooms were modern and wonderful and the staff was super friendly. If your in Sligo I would highly recommend this place!!!

Clean room, friendly staff. A bit outside of town so that we needed to drive to a pub. But it was fun staying in a castle. I would have liked to have some info in the room about the history of the building. Maybe it was in the room and I missed it?

Room was cold and needed to get a base heater. Staff was very friendly and helpful such as Inoch and Anna at the front desk and Kamila in the restaurant for breakfast . Actually Kamila was incredible , moving the breakfast , talking to people, making sure the buffet was always full and always smiling!! She could run any department in a hotel if not the hotel!
Enjoying the bar with world famous Irish Cane fighting teacher Bernie Leddy from Leitrim. who recommended the hotel to us.
